After a cleared payment on the purchase of one of our programs occurs, you will receive an email with the login details to access your betting simulator platform. Once this information is emailed to you, no refund will be given. In some special circumstances, we will provide a refund if there were no bets placed on the account, for assistance, please contact our customer support email: Support@fundedsportstrader.com

Dispute Policy

Clients who improperly dispute charges or request chargebacks with their bank will be permanently banned from the Platform. Please contact our customer support email: Support@fundedsportstrader.com

Refunds After successful completion of the Challenge

After you have successfully completed the Verification Phase of the Challenge and proceeded to the funded phase you will receive a refund of the initial sign up fee with your first monthly withdrawal. Your sign up fee will not be refunded until you have generated sufficient profits for a withdrawal.
